CM: Milan closely watching Empoli duo including playmaker who scored vs. Inter

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan are always on the lookout for young and talented players, and a report claims that they are watching a duo from Empoli closely.

Empoli pulled off a major coup at San Siro last night as they beat Inter 1-0 to give Milan a hand in the process, with Tommaso Baldanzi getting the only goal of the game in the second half after Milan Skriniar had seen red.

According to Calciomercato.com, Milan always pay close attention to Empoli as they consider the club to be a real hotbed of talent, having signed Ismael Bennacer and Rade Krunic from there most recently.

The Rossoneri are following the development of two players in particular, starting with the goalscorer Baldanzi who is a 19-year-old attacking midfielder who already has four Serie A goals to his name in just 10 games.

The other name that Milan are keen on is Jacopo Fazzini, who is also 19 years of age and has made 10 appearances in the league so far this campaign, playing mainly as a central midfielder.
