Reports today state that Milan are going to return to the table with Club Brugge to discuss the situation regarding Jashari’s future. However, if it does not go well, it could be the push needed to start pursuing other options.

Elsewhere, Tuttosport (via MilanNews) write that the Diavolo are starting to evaluate the possibility of bringing American holding midfielder Tyler Adams to Italy. He has previously been reported to be an interest of the club and it could be revived under the current circumstances.
According to the report, a €25-30 million price tag makes him a valid option this summer, with this amount in line with the budget. As time passes, he is becoming a more popular candidate for the midfield rebuild.
However, he is not the favourite; that mantle belongs to Jashari. If that move fails, the American alternative is already there.

Adams is better than Guerra and it’s not even close wtf you even talking about. There is not a pure destroyer in the world better than Tyler. He lacks in ball carrying and passing but he makes up so much ground we can basically turn Ricci and Fofana loosedoubking our ability to pressure other teams
I love Tyler Adams I think he is a great defensive midfielder and as an American it pains me to say this: DO NOT SIGN HIM. Really good player, but he has ongoing issues with injuries. He tore his hamstring and it appears that it did not heal correctly – he forced his return and the strain caused back issues. He nearly went to Chelsea but failed his medical. It’s too high of a risk.
They already signed one midfielder that can only pass the ball sideways and backward, they don’t need another one.

Worth every cent. Far more so than an unknown quality of Jashari and even less quality Guerra.
With Adams Pulisic will be able to stay higher up and Ricci can focus on playmaking. Guerra and Jashari do not have the ability to completely stone off an entire side of the field
Tyler Adams at his best is an animal, absolute midfield destroyer and a natural leader. Gatuso-esque.
That said, he doesn’t offer much going forward, but he’d be a great partner for Modric, doing the dirty work for him.
If they can get him for 20-25, that’s a good deal.
That’s an accurate description of him. My question is does he still have the engine he used to have?
He never lost it. His main issue was an injury he rushed into getting back from 3 times. I’ve seen nothing to suggest it will come back. If you saw the Gold Cup that just happened you will know that Tyler is back and better than ever.
The fact Bournemouth could even think of selling him for 30 million is wild. He makes that team run without him they are relegation fodder.

It seems like people are assuming that a midfielder = a midfielder because they are midfielders. Jashari and Adams are both DEFENSIVE MIDFIELDERS. Guerra is a box to box. Totally different type of player. They’re obviously looking for a DM. Or do we want to sign another box to box player and force him to play a different role like we did with Fofana last season? FFS.

As others have noted, prior to injuries he was developing into a excellent player…. tough, tenacious, great tackler, being monitored by top clubs.
Since injuries he has not been the same. The jury is still out on whether he can get back to his best. Too risky at present.
Until a year ago, I would have agreed with you, whole heartedly, but as another poster mentioned, he tore his hamstring, and he hasn’t been the same player, since.
He COULD come good, and then he’d be good business, as long as you understand he provides little going forward. Given Milan’s recent mercado form, I wouldn’t take the risk for 20M-25M.
He was player of the month in Feb so he was playing well. Question is can he stay injury free. Foot injury this summer which isn’t concerning. Now muscle injuries would.
