It seems AC Milan’s reset could allow a few starlets to make the jump to the senior team next season with a youthful view.

There have been plenty of impressive youngsters to pass through Milan, but now the project – which had youth in view – may enhance the talent they have in-house. In other words, the Futuro project could be given more value.
Davide Bartesaghi graduated to a first-team role this season; it just took a little belief. However, it has also proved that if you are good enough, you are old enough and the Rossoneri could enforce that view next season.
Starlets to be given chances
As seen below, Gazzetta dello Sport wrote that there are ‘several young talents eager to discover their future’ next season. Indeed, with no management in place, the line has blurred between the teams and they are hoping to leap.
The restart, then, could see a number of changes to the recruitment and usage of young stars and Francesco Camarda’s name has been given the most spotlight. It could see the startlet striker finally given his chance with the Rossoneri.
Though, he would not be alone. In midfield, Kevin Zeroli and Christian Comotto will be reassessed in the summer and both could push to help the Diavolo in Serie A, the Coppa Italia and even in the Europa League. Their additions would help the squad list, if nothing else.
Elsewhere, Lorenzo Torriani could be confirmed as the second-choice goalkeeper, at minimum. Finally, Andrej Kostic is looking to break into the first team, considering he will be part of the senior team’s pre-season. If he impresses, he could break through straight away…
