It seems that AC Milan could make a quick double in the summer, to boost the bank and improve their midfield choices.
Coming into this season, many suggested that Milan had one of the strongest midfields in Italy and you’d still be right to suggest so. However, there are certainly some factors that play into this. Indeed, the trio are carried by two, whoever you put in the other spot, the impact is probably the same.

Massimiliano Allegri has often preferred Youssouf Fofana, but he is far from bullet proof and there are actually suggestions that the club could look to part ways with him in the summer.

As Corriere dello Sport writes, the Frenchman could be sold, with the management not seeing him as as a key part of the project. There are suitors already interested in him and he would be available for around €25 million.
To replace him, and hopefully raise the level of the midfield, the Rossoneri would consider a move for Sassuolo midfielder Ismael Koné. With Sassuolo he has shown all the signs of becoming a ‘top-level’ midfielder and for €20m, it may be too good of a deal to turn down.
His profile would align with what Allegri wants, certainly. So a move cannot be ruled out, especially with the club pocketing €5m, which could be reinvested into the squad.

That would be foolish. Besides Ismael Kone not on the level of Fofana. LOL. Sell Ricci but Fofana and Jashari should be unsellable.
This is what the management doesn’t get (if even this is an option for them). Of all the deadwood, you don’t sell Fofana to bring in Kone. Sell Terraciano, Bondo, Musah, Bennacer, RLC first. Figure out the plan for Ricci/Jashari, then bring in Kone if that’s who Max wants. Fofana is good in rotation.

If we get Kone, he would be a hit, I just think that we should sell ricci instead. Milan is not serious. Kone is a good target, but selling fofana is stupid. He is not the best goal scorer and at times he is lazy but he has repeatedly impacted Milan’s game leading to wins with the exception of about one game I remember he caused us to almost lose.
Ricci is the only player that is 100% not getting sold. Not hard to figure out why…
better focus selling flop/ injure-prone players 1st, we need to avoid our main squad fill by players like Nkunku, Estu, RLC, Musah, Beni, Bondo cz better players is sold.
