AC Milan are very keen on signing Charles De Ketelaere from Club Brugge this summer but the Belgian side do not want to sell him, a report claims.
As has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport (via Milan News) today, the Belgian midfielder is player that really excites everyone at Milan and they feel he could play a big part in the future of the midfield.
He is at the top of their list of targets along with a defender to reinforce the centre-back position.
Despite the fact that Club Brugge will have always been aware that de Ketelaere is destined to move to a bigger side, they are very reluctant to sell him this summer.
The report says they would be more open to a move in 2023, assumedly meaning that they feel his value will grow even more with another season in Belgium. It may take the player making it clear that he wants to go this summer.
