CM: Milan discuss Rebic’s future and teenage Hajduk Split star in meeting with agency

By Oliver Fisher -

As the January transfer window approaches Casa Milan is getting busier and busier, with another meeting lined up by Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara.

Calciomercato.com report that Milan met with Enzo Raiola over the renewal of Ismael Bennacer but there is another important meeting for the Rossoneri management today, namely one with Tomislav Erceg who works in Fali Ramadani’s agency.

The future of Ante Rebic will inevitably be discussed as part of it. The winger is contracted to Milan until 2025 but so far this season his performances, especially in the recent period, have not fully convinced.

It provides an opportunity therefore to take stock of the situation regarding the Croatian attacker but he will not be the only topic of conversation as Milan will also speak about Hajduk Split defender Luka Vušković.

He is only 15 years old but has already attracted the eyes of the Rossoneri and many big European clubs, so there will be talk about Rebic’s future and then Vušković for the more distant future.

    1. 100% Rrbic has been on my sh** list ever sense he karate kicked danilo in the copa Italia. The dude is a loose cannon with bricks for feet.

      1. Yeah, that is why he won matches for us and he is priceless in terms of pressing…horrible player, who do you think we should have as backup LW? Vinicius Junior? Grealish? 😂😂😂

      2. Who cares who’s on your sh**list? When Rebic is fit (physically & mentally) he’s a valuable player – whether you agree or not. Just look at the stats (when he was fit). Double digits in Serie A. Not everyone can do that with those minutes he gets.

  1. sounds like an interesting prospect as he is 15 years old and already 1.95 m tall and has scored 7 goals in a combined 16 matches as a cb,

    1. What? 1.95m at 15? What are these young guns eating? Scored those goals at CB? We should snap him up. We need command of our area. looks like a good prospect.

      1. haha one of my nephews had that height at the age of 15 😀

Those stats are against youth teams from what i could see, so he propably benefitted of his height there but it still sounds like a player worth pursuing as there should be ample room for further developing him and i cant imagine he will cost too much either.

          1. I Posted that yesterday before that rumour had been made fully public at least here on sempremilan. When that is said lets wait and see as this is rumours and not something carved into stone.

  2. Well we cant afford to lose anymore attackers in Jan.
Rebic really needs to show something in next few months or move on.
Problem is that creates more holes in our squad.
The failure of summer 2022 is going to take a lot of remedy

    1. Rebic? And Origi? Everyone seems to be criticizing Rebić all the time and he did way more than Origi. He earns more for doing nothing and Rebic had some great matches along the way. He might be having issues with injuries but he can’t be candidate number one to get rid of, realistically…

      1. Agreed hes better than Origi. He has been excellent for us in the past, so id love to see him find some form.
That said he has been struggling for a long time now
