Sergino Dest has been giving more and more convincing signs in his recent appearances and AC Milan have a plan in mind regarding his future, a report claims.
Calciomercato.com report how on Sunday against Fiorentina it was Dest who came off the bench and brought a dynamism that was missing alongside Aster Vranckx as both were a thorn in the side of the Viola defence.
On the defensive level there is still a lot of work to do, but there are certainly glimpses that Dest can bring something different down the right flank and that he could be an added resource in 2023 when Milan will try and overturn the eight point gap to Napoli.
Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara have refuted the criticism aimed at Dest in recent weeks as they know he can give a lot to Milan. The feeling is that after the World Cup – where he will be in action for USA – a new season will begin for him, to become a protagonist and to write his future.

What will they do with Dest when Calabria and Flo return anyway? Seems neither Milan nor Barca want him.
