AC Milan will pause and consider the deal that they have with PUMA to be the official kit supplier, a report claims.
La Gazzetta dello Sport (seen below) dedicated a space in their double-page spread on Milan to an off-field discussion that could gain momentum in the coming months. Milan must consider both player contracts and also the renewal of their technical sponsor.

At the moment, Milan have a deal with PUMA which runs until the end of the 2027-28 season. It nets them €30m per year as per reports – over double what they got before – but the Rossoneri are leaving all alternative discussions open.
There’s satisfaction with the kit sales and the ‘creative flair’ from the German brand, but Nike and Adidas are interested in possibly becoming the new manufacturers for the Rossoneri. The two are probably regarded as being the leaders when it comes to football kit makers.
For Nike, it must be said that their long-standing and working friendship with Massimo Calvelli (a former employee) could help, while Adidas were the kit suppliers for 20 years in the 1990s and the 2000s until the change in 2018.

According to recent reports, the top-earning clubs based on total revenue from kit sales and merchandising are all either Nike or Adidas.
➤ Barcelona (Nike): €277m.
➤ Real Madrid (Adidas): €231m.
➤ Bayern Munich (Adidas): €189m.
➤ Manchester United (Adidas): €172m.
➤ Arsenal (Adidas): €151m.

As long as Nike sponsors Inter, they will never sponsor AC Milan.
bro who cares about that genuinely
I never like Puma, horrible designs… But more importantly the gap in income compared to the big clubs is just worrying. 200+M between us and Real, Barca is not normal for a club like Milan
Real and Barca win things every season. We don’t. How do we win new fans if we don’t win (or at a minimum play an attractive brand of football)? If the club isn’t successful, it won’t win fans, and without fans merchandise does not get sold.
I actually like the 4th kit design this year and the last when it’s white and black
The club didn’t mention any figures, but Mundo Deportivo and outlets including Culemania have reported that Barca will receive $1.82 billion (€1.7 billion) from Nike over 14 seasons at an average of around $129.5 million (€121 million) per year.
From 2024 to 2028, the agreement will reportedly be improved by around $51.4 million (€48 million) per year. Then beyond 2028, between $62 million (€58 million) and $64 million (€60 million) more per year. – Foirbes
