AC Milan expect to see a marked improvement from Charles De Ketelaere in 2023 now that he has had some time to settle into the club and his new surroundings, a report claims.
As has been reported by Corriere della Sera (via Milan News), the Rossoneri have been happy to let De Ketelaere settle in at the club without putting too much pressure on him to perform straight from the off.
In the second half of the season, though, they will expect to see some signs that he is starting to find his feet in the Rossoneri setup.
The 21-year-old Belgian has played 13 times in Serie A for Milan this season, primarily from the bench, and has only managed one assist.
It is thought that having been able to go home to Belgium and see his family after the World Cup, Milan could expect him to be rejuvenated when play resumes in January against Salernitana, a game he may start.
