Losing in the manner in which AC Milan did last night has caused the already loud protests against individuals at the club to grow in volume, and it seems there is no stopping in sight.
Before the summer, Milan fans protested against the management due to the choice of head coach, and the club listened. Then, in the first half of the season, there were continued protests against the management for a number of reasons.
The majority of frustrations came against the summer mercato, and those involved with the decisions made once again, so, in the January mercato, the club responded, spending heavily.
However, this has had very little effect, so protests have continued to bubble away. So, when the Rossoneri conceded twice in 20 minutes, you could audibly hear the atmosphere change, with the game already past the Diavolo, despite their comeback tag.
Calciomercato.com relays information from Milan News, which states that the game offered a chance to start the larger comeback, and this was the viewpoint of the travelling supporters. So, fans opened with chants of support, but that quickly changed.
Two goals down and no sign of that changing for the better, the noise began, with fans voicing their frustrations against the players and staff, then, ‘Il Milan siamo noi’ and ‘Cardinale devi vendere’.
‘Milan, we are us’, and ‘Cardinale, you have to sell’. Loud and clear. We will see what action arrives, if any, from the management, but it certainly won’t be an easy fix.
Cardinale is an incompetent buffoon who has destroyed AC Milan, he must sell and the entire management team needs to be replaced.
Elliot is at risk of losing on this deal if they don’t take it back over. It’s still on them to sell for profit in the end so they can’t let Redbird diminish the value of Milan any further. If they can turn things around and finish in the top 4 and look competitive next year, they’ll be able to recover their profit just fine but they def cannot take two seasons of this.
As long as he collects his corporate profit selling dummies here “the American dream”, he couldn’t care less about what fans think.
sad as it is to say best outcome is gerry defaults on his loans. boycot, boycot, boycot.
gerry will either be forced to sell or elliot will take back over. remember elliot hired maldini and massara and saw us win the scudetto
Redbird, Elliot,Cardinale,Furlani mesti dijual dan di ganti. Milan mesti di Revolusi secara menyeluruh.
Wisdom is an innate human trait. Harvard, Oxford, and Goldman Sachs alumnus Cardinale may have brains, but has no wisdom.
The rot at ACM started exactly on June 5, 2023, with his foolish decision to sack the talismanic Maldini, who as Technical Director has been instrumental in guiding the club to a Scudetto and a CL semi-final. That must rank as one of the worst own goals by an owner in ACM’s modern history.
In future, ACM’s steep decline in less than 2 years from a club that was on the rise in Europe to one that’s mired in mid-table mediocrity in Serie A will be a case study taught in business schools around the world on how to mismanage and ruin a valuable global sporting brand. That’s how Cardinale and his underlings at Redbird will forever be remembered.
There’s only one solution to ACM’s current malaise. Cardinale and his incompetent management team must leave and be replaced by a new owner who has truly deep pockets and real football nous. Until that happens, our once-great club is likely to suffer many more years of failure.
THEY DON’T GIVE A DAM 😤
R I P AC MILAN 😧
FOR NOW!
#GET ELLIOT / REDBIRD OUT
Yankee go home
And this is why I don’t comment as much anymore. Had comments deleted in the past only to show up in roughly the same manner as an article a couple of days later. You take time to craft a comment that’s fair but maybe they perceive it as an attack on them or the subject matter was too hot to handle (eg. Like how race played in our fourth kits). But K, Giancarlo and others can call people all sorts of insults all day long and never get anything deleted. They’re iron clad for some reason. Maybe it brings traffic through reactions, I don’t know 🤷♂️.
Not sure how long you’ve been on this site but why do you think their tactical an.alysis articles don’t get much traction? It’s not that people don’t want to discuss tactics but as soon as you say something that remotely looks like criticizing their writers it gets deleted and that’s thin skin imo. I would like to discuss tactics but I’m afraid I’ll say something and they delete it. I talked about 3-2 and 2-3 systems once when it had never been discussed, few weeks later…guess what article came out about. Dunno what to say anymore. The penalty system here is warped.
Likely even this will get canned too but it should put food for thought if they’re smart.
