AC Milan are working on yet more renewals after Ismael Bennacer signed a new deal yesterday with Olivier Giroud on the list, a report claims.
According to what Corriere dello Sport (via MilanNews) are reporting this morning, Milan’s management will meet with the entourage of Giroud – including his agent Manuello – towards the end of January to talk about a renewal.
The parties will meet at Casa Milan to discuss the extension of the French striker, whose current deal is set to expire in June. Milan intend to offer the 36-year-old another year of contract with the possibility of an option for the following season.
There is no doubting the importance that Giroud has had since his arrival at Milan, as the experienced centre-forward scored some huge goals in the conquest of the Scudetto and has already been decisive this season too, even scoring four times at the World Cup in Qatar.
