As has been reported by Milan News today, both Brahim Diaz and Sergino Dest are expecting to be back from their injuries for the next few crucial games before it all stops for the tournament in Qatar.

Diaz trained with the squad yesterday and is in a battle with Charles De Ketelaere for the starting shirt against Torino on Sunday night.

The Torino game will come too soon for Dest after he suffered a muscle strain against Monza, but he should be fit enough to face RB Salzburg in the Champions League next week.

For the rest of the injured players, it will be after the World Cup has passed before they are seen playing for Milan, which includes the likes of Davide Calabria, Alexis Saelemaekers, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Alessandro Florenzi.
