The January transfer window is not yet over but the Milan management already have two summer signings in mind, according to a report.
Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara have so far chosen not to make a big investment in the winter window, which has led some to hypothesise that funds are being saved for the summer when the defence, midfield and attack are all likely to require new additions.
According to this morning’s edition of Tuttosport (via MilanNews), Sven Botman and Renato Sanches are the hottest names that Milan are targeting in view of the summer window as they want to add a quality centre-back and a dynamic midfielder to the squad ahead of the 2022-23 season.
Maldini and Massara will try to sign the two Lille stars given the very probable exits of Romagnoli and Kessie, who are both quite far away from the renewal of their respective contracts.

Due to problems they facing, Milan have not been prepared for Scudetto race this season, but for UCL only
they lose against Inter , then the following week Napoli beats Inter, Milan will have not been prepared for for CL race either, will be on the outside looking in.
