AC Milan are still attentive to the development of Las Palmas starlet Alberto Moleiro and could soon make a move, a report claims.
It was reported back in November by Calciomercato.com that the 18-year-old midfielder is beginning to turn some heads with his performances for the Gran Canaria side, including Milan’s scouts. He can play as an attacking midfielder, winger or as a box-to-box midfielder and has been likened to Pedri.
Now, the same source are claiming that Moleiro continues to be one of the most interesting profiles on the Spanish youth scene and is a player that Milan have long had their eyes, and they are continuing to monitor his evolution.
He has 27 appearances with 2 goals and 1 assist, and has established himself as a starter now. Las Palmas are in the running for the play-offs to get back to LaLiga, something which might be crucial for his future.
Moleiro’s contract is due to expire in 2023, and despite the winter promises he has not signed an extension which would have been a first professional deal.
