Repubblica: Why Milan’s clash with Lazio on Sunday could feel like a home game

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan’s game against Lazio on Sunday at the Stadio Olimpico could well feel like a home game for the Rossoneri due to a planned protest, a report claims.

According to what is being reported today by La Repubblica (via Calciomercato.com) which relays the data on tickets sold so far for the match on Sunday evening, Milan fans have bought over half of the tickets sold for the game so far.

Of the 12,000 tickets sold, around 7,000 were purchased by Rossoneri fans for the away sector, so it is currently on course to feel like more of a home game for Stefano Pioli’s side than the usual daunting atmosphere in the capital.

Lazio’s Curva Nord will be almost entirely empty, given that the ultras have announced that they will not attend the game because of the €40 requested for the most popular sectors of the stadium and €60 for the Tiber grandstand plus €110 for the Monte Mario sector.

  1. I hope Lazio side play agresive like Sarri style so brahim and leao can have space to Exploit . Tired to see full defensive team like Bologna ,Torino, udinese
