There have been new contacts made by AC Milan in the hope of signing Dusan Vlahovic this summer, which cannot be ruled out.
In the past few weeks, the possibility of Vlahovic joining Milan has fluctuated. At points, it has seemed increasingly likely. However, there have also been points where the chances have fallen significantly. With a complex matter, though, this is understandable.

The Rossoneri want a top-class striker; Vlahovic provides that. Then, there is the Massimiliano Allegri factor too, effectively enhancing the reason to sign him much further.
New contacts
As has been shown already, though, it will not be an easy task. In fact, it is becoming much more difficult to achieve than what was initially imagined. The Serbian striker wants to collect this season’s wage with no differences.
So, a severance package will need to be agreed with Juventus, as the Rossoneri will not match the wage.
Today, with it getting a bit quiet, Matteo Moretto spoke on Fabrizio Romano’s YouTube channel, and his words have been relayed by MilanNews.
“I’ll give you a small update, but an interesting one nonetheless, regarding Dusan Vlahovic. Because I’ve always told you that he was one of the first names we mentioned within the channel regarding AC Milan’s attack, and Dusan Vlahovic remains one of AC Milan’s top names to strengthen the attack.
“In the last few hours, there have been further contacts between the Rossoneri management and Vlahovic’s entourage to understand how to put together the pieces from a financial point of view to see Dusan Vlahovic at the Rossoneri. So, there have been contacts between the parties.
“The main admirer of this operation is certainly Massimiliano Allegri, who is insisting a lot with his management to have Vlahovic in attack. He would like to compose his attack with Santi Gimenez and Dusan Vlahovic, have these two forwards, these two strong presences in the penalty area, to then play his cards as best as possible during the course of this season.
“However, we are keeping Vlahovic’s name in the ranking, on the list, in Milan’s preferences. We’ll then see from a financial standpoint because, as you know, Vlahovic earns a significant salary. We’ll then see if this situation can evolve positively for Milan, considering the fact that Vlahovic is still under contract with Juventus for another year, expiring in 2026.

“He won’t renew his contract, which is a problem for Juventus and could become an opportunity for Milan.”

Vlahovic is in a very big decline phase of his career. Are we sure about this deal ? This guy can be a very big problem for us in years to come if we get him. Big wage, hard to sell. No worrying signal the fact no important club want him in this situation , he’s available for a very affordable transfer fee ? This is a huge red flag ! Nobody wants him. Because they know, when a player like him goes down in career form it’s no return from there.
Let Juve have this problem on their head , don’t do a favor for them.
Exactly, why help solve Juves problems
Agreed in part but theres always a price. For origi thats zero
But for vlahovic, if he reduces his wages to 6mn/year its not prohibitive when it comes to selling him but if he insists on 10mn/year then the deal is off. Similarly with the transfer fee.
Hes a big problem for Juve so I agree lets not bail them out giving a big transfer fee. Late into the window they may even agree to 10mn, just to get him off the books
Agree we dont need him at all. Problem guy
Double digit G/A in the the last 3 seasons, yea let Juve keep that problem.
I would love to see how the narrative will flip, when the guy will score 15+ goals under Allegri…
with 1 year left and having colossal wages, this deal can be done in 10-15M range… how is that not good?! mf is still 26
you lot called Kalulu injury prone and washed and now cry cause he had a good season… very unique bunch here.
Haha yeah always People in here crying over something.
I think Vlahovic is very unhappy at Juve and a good enviroment and his idol Zlatan to push him he Will do very well again.
Zlatan not his idol.Vlahovic is serb and serbs dont like croatian or bosnian,so dont write things about you dont know nothing
Yeah serb may also dislike Russian.
Nobody crying about anything. We just rise questions…you live in a bubble where is no questions about something ?
if he good, why nobody ask for him now? Same like Jovic only we stupid buy player who nobody want. Jovic have club? no
yeah wages aren’t a thing… he has good relations with Allegri and is in a toxic environment at Juve… he was scoring 20+ goals until he got benched and used in an unnatural way from Motta till this day under Tudor…
No one wants him is one of the dumbest arguments I hear on this website along Fifa manager… I said we would sign at least 6-7 players and guess what we are on 4 (Modric, Ricci, Estupinan, Terracianno) with another 3 to come (RB, CM/CDM, ST)… without even mentioning of still getting Guerra (if Musah is sold) and Leoni (if Thiaw/Tomori are sold or we keep 3 men defense)!
Most people here just bark without watching the sport, cause these takes are just ridiculous…
Just like people who are crying we are losing Theo
Well that’s a big if isn’t it? Not “when”. He never scored 15 under Allegri in Serie A (except once and that was 16 goals), why do you think he’ll do so now? The reverse of that argument is more valid isn’t it because data backs that premise. The status quo is him not scoring more than 15. 15+ is just hope things go well, while.under 15 is a continuation of his form for the last 4 years.
His relationship with Allegri was hot and cold at best but somehow media is making it out to seem
He clearly desperately wants out of Juve so much that he’d be willing to be stifled under Allegri once more is how I see this move.
And it’s not to say he isn’t good but this is a big gamble to have a player on big wages and can’t move him on if he doesn’t get better or does as good as his recent average suggests.
And remember they still owe us from Kalulu so that will make Vlahovic even cheaper.
LOL 🤣🤣🤣 you guys make me laugh….how does Juve owe us from Kalulu? They don’t owe us anything. They paid their buy out clause, got their player, that’s it! done! It’s business… No one owes anyone anything. If we chose to gift a player to our rival…that’s on us. We aren’t buddy buddy all.of a sudden because we did them a favor
Milan should offer 15m€ for him… with that price he is great opportunity and striker with goals… if he accept 6m€ per year it will be great buy..
Of course Juve pay 70m€ for him this definitely isn’t his price 😀 but for 15m€ if he score around 10-15 goals in seria A its great…
To get the best out of Vlahovic you have to do what you do to get the best out of Leao. Bank on his strengths and mitigate for his weaknesses.
Vlahovic can not play with his back to goal, that means counters can not go THROUGH him – the have to get TO him in the box. That’s how he made a name for himself at Fiorentina. He was best running and facing defenders, not playing with his back to goal like he was asked at Juve.
Counter through the wingers, get Vlahovic to run into the box and get on the end of chances. The only problem to resolve would then be defensive balance in transition if both Leao and Vlahovic won’t be asked to track back.
