Gazzamercato state that the Istanbul club were willing to offer €7.5million for Sosa, the same transfer fee the Rossoneri paid to bring him in from Besiktas. However, they are allegedly willing to offer €5million salary to the Argentine, double what he earns at Milan.

The 29-year-old, who according to rumours is unhappy about his playing time under Vincenzo Montella, is eager to remain at the San Siro and fight for a spot in the team.

However, his agent Favio Bilardo is expected in Milano on Wednesday to discuss the situation with the club, and Sosa would consider a move to China.
