CM.it: Milan remain interested in Club Brugge star but asking price may be prohibitive

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan are still looking at profiles who could arrive during the summer window and strengthen the attack, with Noa Lang reportedly on their list.

Lang is certainly demonstrating all his ability with Club Brugge, as in the current season the Dutch winger has scored 8 goals and has added 12 assists. According to Calciomercato.it, Milan are continuing to closely follow Lang’s development as they are admirers both of his quality and his versatility.

The former Ajax man can play either as a winger, an attacking midfielder and if necessary also as a striker, meaning he could well be the perfect profile for Pioli’s mechanisms as he likes forward who help a fluid style of play.

His contract with Brugge runs until June 2025 and therefore the Belgian club should be able to command a sizeable asking price for the 22-year-old, having paid €6m to sign him from the Eredivisie.

The current request is somewhere around the €25-30m which  makes his potential transfer to the Rossoneri complicated, because Milan already intend to spend a sizeable amount on Sven Botman and Franck Kessie’s replacement, plus probably Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s successor too.

  1. I believe this is why Milan didn’t invest in Faivre after all. Now we need to get him by all means. I don’t see why the craze for Renato Sanches, especially at that price when we can get Kamara for free, when Pobega is returning, when we can get Davide Frattesi for far less? Plus Lang’s team mate Charles may also come in handy as Ibro’s replacement.

  2. We need an attacking midfielder, a Right winger and a striker. Then we can win scudetto.

We lost vlahovic to juventus. How many more players would we loose to rival clubs?

    1. We didn’t lose Vlahovic to Juventus as we were NEVER in the race for him. Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too expensive for Milan.
