This season, there has been a lot said about AC Milan and their misfortunes, and this has caused a slight divide. However, there has also been a lot said about a divide inside the club.
Throughout this year, if you had to pick a theme for Milan’s year, you could pick through a handful of different things; disappointment and frustration probably top the list, however, you could also put forward division.
All year, there have been talks of a divide throughout the Rossoneri, and this has, without a doubt, had an impact on things.
On the pitch, there have been multiple questions about players’ divide from the coach, and even the club itself. Then, there have been suggestions about the coaches’ own divide from their players.
Looking above that, there have been splits between the head coaches and then the management, as we saw with Paulo Fonseca earlier in the season with Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
Finally, we take it to inter-management splits, most recently between Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Giorgio Furlani, which has resulted in the latter earning a promotion effectively, from the owner of the club, Gerry Cardinale.
However, after the win against Como, there was a post from inside the dressing room, which has not regularly been seen, as Milan News states, which perhaps hints that something has changed.
In a season where there has been so much about disappointment and divide, seeing a group together celebrating suggests that there is a real wish to get better, as Conceicao stated last night.

A win is a win, yes. But don’t pretend it has suddenly magically turned this team around. Como outplayed us for the majority of the entire match, Como… team spirit is important yes, but you’ve shown multiple times this season that moments like this lasted exactly 5 minutes, and then you fell apart again. March is a little late to finally claim you’ve come together as a cohesive unit, especially when performances still say otherwise. We’ll believe it when we see it in the field, and hopefully this isn’t just more empty words…
Looks like we won the semi of champions league…. So happy defeating a newly promoted team
@ M.
These guys are under immense pressure. Allow them to cool.it off ! Football is not easy the way you watch it on your screen.
Just like you said, Football is not easy the way they watch it on their screen. Both teams are 11 vs 11. If they think you are lying let them play multiple bet and win let’s see how easy it is.
6 points away from CL. You can do it guys!..just win the remaining matches and CL place is yours.
Forza Milan. Should kill the game earlier. Comeback isn’t secure way to win.
The referee gave lots of fouls again Milan and he didn’t brow the whistle at injury time 96’ and let Como attack for them to get draw but brow the whistle once Milan kept possession!! Although Milan may have played badly, but referee stop play for fouls for Como many times, Milan are usually against 11men and referee & VAR, whenever Milan score, they have to check the goal..very unfair whereas Inter hardly get such unfair treatment….
U just said what I have observed for majority of the season
There is difference in the they officiate milan games and that of inter
