MN: Milan offered chance to sign 22-year-old Ajax centre-back by intermediaries

By Oliver Fisher -

A number of names continue to be linked with AC Milan in their pursuit of a centre-back and the latest is Perr Schuurs of Ajax, a report claims.

According to MilanNews, the Rossoneri management are continuing to look into profiles who might be a good fit to come in and provide some cover for the central defensive department, while also evaluating opportunities that might be proposed to them.

The idea is and will remain to buy a player under advantageous conditions, in particular related to age and the transfer formula. In recent days, Milan were offered 22-year-old Ajax defender Perr Schuurs by intermediaries, the report adds.

He has already been linked with a move to Milan in recent months and his name was mentioned over the summer, and now he has a price tag of around €15-20m. With the emergence of Timber and Lisandro Martinez, Schuurs is not finding lots of playing time under Erik ten Hag so would consider a move.

    1. Milam should get him instead of Botman. Aldo Bailly doesn’t such a reliable plan for me. I’d prefer this player. Furthermore, Milan should have again some Dutch players haha it has been a while
