AC Milan are one of three teams in Serie A who have been offered the chance to sign Isco as a free agent, according to a report.
Isco was at Real Madrid for nine seasons and he scored 51 goals in 351 games for Los Blancos but he is now looking for a new adventure to try and put a difficult return to Sevilla behind him. The 31-year-old Spanish playmaker was all set to join Union Berlin after passing his medical but the move fell apart due to differences over the contract.
According to Calciomercato.com, Isco was offered to Roma through intermediaries as a possible replacement for Nicolo Zaniolo who was officially announced as a new Galatasaray player yesterday. At the moment, the Giallorossi have not yet made a decision and are evaluating the pros and cons.
The Spanish playmaker has also been proposed to Milan and Lazio but neither side has shown interest in signing him yet, with the Rossoneri in particular well covered in that role.
Lol – ‘well covered in that role’
An experienced player who can bring some influence. Could be another kjaer (on his 1st year) or origi.
Well covered is just a joke kind of justification. Should have offered him a short-term contract, extension clause based on performance, and such. We know sometimes experience speaks louder than talent.
