Ismael Bennacer and Fikayo Tomori both underwent personalised training programs at Milanello on Saturday but they are expected to be back in the main group on Sunday, a report claims.
As has been reported by Milan News, the two key Milan players are not fit enough to train with the rest of the team just yet but they are not far away from reaching that stage.
Milan were back in training the day after beating Torino 1-0 at San Siro. It was a light session for the players who were involved in the match, whilst it was a full training session for those who were not involved.
Despite Bennacer and Tomori not being involved in that, they should be in full training on Sunday and therefore are in contention to play a part in the Champions League round of 16 first leg which takes place in Milan on Tuesday night under the lights.
Really hope that at least Bennacer is fit for the game, he has been sorely missed by the team.
