Milan Primavera 1-1 Sampdoria: Chaka Traore's free-kick earns a point

AC Milan Primavera are still without a win since October but they did battle from a goal behind to earn a home draw against Sampdoria today.

It took a late free-kick to cancel out Pozzato’s early goal for the away side, and it came from Chaka Traore who made his return in the last game after a lengthy injury absence. His beautiful strike whipped around the wall and the keeper could only parry into the roof of the net.

In this particularly busy February there are plenty of chances for Ignazio Abate’s side to climb out of the relegation play-offs, starting with Sunday morning’s match away against rock-bottom Cesena.
