Milan Primavera 3-1 Empoli: Rossoneri rack up fourth straight win with play-offs in reach

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan Primavera returned to action after a month and a half without playing and they marked that return with an impressive 3-1 win against Empoli.

The Rossoneri beat reigning champions Empoli 3-1 thanks to a Nasti brace and a goal from Roback, with Pseftis saving a penalty when the score was 0-0. Giunti’s side were pegged back midway through the second half as the score was 1-1, but they netted twice in quick succession to earn three points and move in touching distance of the playoff zone.
