AC Milan fired their management over a week ago and yet they have not managed to fill any of the vacant positions yet.
Tuttosport write that Milan remain a work in progress. The club’s top management is still empty: a CEO (the acting positions has been tkane by Massimo Calvelli), a sporting director, a technical director and a head coach are all missing.

The players in the squad don’t know who to talk to about their futures (or they’re talking to TV channels like Leao) or what kind of project will be presented to them. Ten of them will be playing at the World Cup in a week, so it isn’t a great start to the summer.
Agents have no contacts to whom they can refer their clients who are potentially interested in wearing the Milan shirt. It’s June 5th, and many could turn their attention elsewhere.
Stalemate and silence

For example, the executive handled Massimiliano Allegri’s termination and will remain in office until there is any news on the matter (if any). He certainly shouldn’t be involved in the sporting decisions that must come soon.
