Tuttosport: Milan forward Rebic’s condition improving day by day with October return possible

By Euan Burns -

AC Milan forward Ante Rebic is improving day by day after a decisive injury lay-off with a back problem, a report claims.

As has been reported by Tuttosport (via Milan News), the Milan forward is aiming to be back in action for the Rossoneri when they face Empoli at the start of October.

The Croatian attacker has been out for a few weeks with a serious back injury which he is recovering from at a promising rate.

He will still have a period of time left on the sidelines and in that time he is going to be examined multiple times. The international break comes at a good time for him to get back to fitness before the October 1 clash with Empoli.

It is likely that were Rebic fit, he would be starting the match against Napoli at the weekend in the place of Rafael Leao who is suspended after his red card against Sampdoria.
