CorSera: Milan have two quality new additions in mind to help replace Kessie

By Oliver Fisher -

The midfield department could well be the one that undergoes the main changes for AC Milan this summer and they already have two additions planned, a report claims.

There are doubts about how the Rossoneri’s midfield could look heading into 2022-23 given that Franck Kessie’s contract expires in June and there seems to be no chance of him extending while Tiemoue Bakayoko appears to be frozen out for the time being having not played a single minute in the last five games.

According to what il Corriere della Sera (via MilanNews) reports this morning, Yacine Adli will return from his loan spell with Bordeaux but the Frenchman will not be the only reinforcement in that area.

That is because Renato Sanches will also arrive from Lille in June, the paper claims with authority. In all likelihood, it is Kessie that will make room for the Portuguese international and he will come in to replace him, ensuring a quality reinforcement.
