AC Milan will meet with Rafael Leao and his entourage at the end of the World Cup to put forward their latest offer, according to a report.
At the moment Leao’s focus is on the possibility of ending Morocco’s dream run and booking a place in a World Cup semi-final with Portugal, but when their tournament does eventually come to an end the issue of his future at Milan must be discussed again.
According to what La Gazzetta dello Sport (via MilanNews) are reporting this morning, the parties will meet again soon to continue the negotiations and try to finally reach a deal.
The Rossoneri management are ready to go up to €7m net per season with their next offer to the winger, but the salary is not the only obstacle. The issue of the compensation that the player owes to Sporting CP still needs to be resolved as well.
