The AC Milan squad sent a message to head coach Stefano Pioli by showing up to training on a rest day, according to a report.
Milan want to get going again immediately after the defeat against Liverpool and their elimination from the Champions League, which was obviously something that hurt the team given they still had a chance of qualifying for the last 16 of the competition.
As il Corriere della Sera (via MilanNews) reports this morning, the attitude and mood within the group is positive. This is demonstrated through what happened yesterday, because Pioli had granted a day of rest to the squad but despite that and the heavy snow, many players showed up.
It is a sign that there is the collective desire to get back on track immediately, knowing that making mistakes is strictly forbidden in the game against Udinese on Saturday given the position Milan have got themselves in.
