AC Milan are working hard to protect their young core for the future and they have three renewals in the pipeline, according to a report.
The management have changed to a more proactive stance on getting renewals done and they have managed to extend Theo Hernandez, Davide Calabria, Alexis Saelemaekers, Simon Kjaer and Matteo Gabbia in recent months.
According to MilanNews, some positive updates should arrive on Ismael Bennacer’s renewal should arrive over the next 10 days. The Algerian midfielder is back at his best and he should extend his contract until 30 June 2026, earning €3.2m net per season plus bonuses.
The deal is ready to be signed and then the official announcement will follow. Then, the club will work on getting the signings of Rafael Leao and also young defender Pierre Kalulu over the line by the Spring, so therefore three important signals for the present and future should arrive soon.
