Sky: Milan try for Renato Sanches again – the response of his agent Jorge Mendes

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan are not giving up on trying to sign Renato Sanches and they held talks with his agent Jorge Mendes today, a report claims.

According to reports from Sky (via MilanNews), Milan have tried again for Renato Sanches as they made new contacts with Jorge Mendes in the last few hours, but it is a situation that is still in the balance and appears to be deadlocked.

The Portuguese midfielder doesn’t want to close the door on the idea of joining Paris Saint-Germain where he would reunite with Luis Campos – the sporting director who brought him to Lille – and Christophe Galtier who was his head coach during Lille’s 2020-21 Ligue 1 title win.

Milan asked Aston Villa for information on Carney Chukwuemeka, an 18-year-old midfielder who has a year left on his current contract, but the demands of the English club are currently considered very high and it would be an even more difficult negotiation than the Sanches one.

    1. The best part is what will bring the Worst part. He will spend a lot of time on PSG’S bench. Do you know how many quality midfielders PSG have that are rotting away on their bench? I think he’s very naive.

  1. ANY Player who changes demands after agreeing a move to a club should not be pursued out of sheer self respect of a club.

I really don’t know why we are waiting for this guy. Attitude, too big of an ego, sh*t fitness, sh*ttier agent, GREEDYA*S M*F.

    Bad news.

    In case anyone forgot.

      1. CDK personally did change his demand, But CDK did positively as he lowered it. Once a term is agreed, it is usually respected all around the world.

    1. Ya ok lol. Then we would have no players we could sign lol. Come on buddy you have to be realistic. It’s business. Players want to get paid. No different when a club does it.

      1. Not really. Clubs negotiate transfer fee. Players negotiate personal terms, as in salary, facilities, accommodation and a lot is included in it. Once it’s agreed, changing it is utter disrespect for a club and most players do not change the personal terms out of respect.

  2. I hope PSG take him fast and end news about AC Milan try to sign him . He can get more money in PSG like his dream and AC Milan move on to another target. Stupid idea if want to compete with PSG about salary

  3. Sempermilan you are literally lying against Sanchez. Sanchez have always wanted Milan but Milan is offering the dude a deadass salary. Milan always acting childish in every transfer.

I am damn tired of this, CDK could have gone if the kid didn’t lower his salary which I know he might regret in his next withdrawal. Giving Sanchez 3.2m is purely a joke, PSG is giving 4.5m so what do you expect……it is not his fault, it is our own fault.

We keep giving peanuts to get good players but it doesn’t work like that and anybody here who thinks Milan should move on is ignorant of football at the moment…. Let me explain why it will be a disaster to let Sanchez slip away…..

Sanchez is better than what we have now.
Sanchez is the best midfeilder you can get now for 15m.
Sanchez have the experience of being a champions and also playing in champions league multiple times.
    Sanchez is highly technically gifted.
Sanchez have the Possibility of being sold for over 50m after 2 or 1 season.

Maldini knows this and thats why he keeps going back, but probably, Milan keyboard warriors think reality is their playstation where you can get anything at any price.

PAY THE DUDE AND STOP SPOILING HIS IMAGE.

    1. Its baffling to see some keyboard warriors in here think Renato is the next reincarnation of Messi and CR7 combined.

Somehow, dude agreed personal terms with this ‘DEADASS’ Salary but when Mendez started begging PSG to take him, he changed his demand.

If only some keyboard warriors could think with their brain instead of chanting ‘he’s good, he’s good’, they would know.. he isn’t the solution for everything.. he won’t play more than 10/12 matches in serie A. It’s a lot MORE physical league than League one and he is a CM, he’s gonna need to tackle.

His image aint that good. Doesn’t matter how technically gifted someone is, if they aren’t able to perform in big teams, they are useless.

As a player, Renato is good. No doubts. But he isn’t gonna solve anything in our team by only playing 10/12 matches.

50 mil? LMFAO NO. If he was fit, sure. I am pretty sure his price will drop the more he’d age. His fitness won’t get better, it’s gonna get worse. People would know that if they used common sense but eh, it’s not that common.

Hell he got injured WHILE RESTING after the season ended! Lol NO OTHER CLUB is interested in him. NOT A SINGLE ONE. That says a lot about him.

PSG Liverpool all are smokescreen created by Mendez, there’s none. Those clubs are smarter. They won’t bid a single penny over 5 mil for a baggage that may destabilize their dressing room.

Hope Milan makes the right choices.
      Forza Milan.
