MLS commissioner Don Graber has dropped a hint that Zlatan Ibrahimovic will be making a return to AC Milan.
The Swede has been linked with a return to the Rossoneri ever since he left for Paris Saint-Germain along with Thiago Silva seven years ago.
Marca recently claimed that Zlatan is ‘likely to return for another spell with Milan’ with the club’s owners keen on adding more experience to the squad in the January window.
Now, the MLS commissioner has dropped a huge hint that the 38-year-old will be returning to the club in an interview with Fox Sport Italia.
“Zlatan is an interesting character. He keeps me very busy & you need this kind of players like what happened with Beckham few years ago. He is 38 years old and is now being recruited by Milan, one of the biggest clubs in the world,” he told ESPN FC on YouTube.
“He has almost broken all goalscoring records in just two years. I hope he stays but it depends on LA Galaxy. I was happy to have him here and I like the moments with him, especially when he speaks in third person.”
I know, we’re as confused as you are…
