AC Milan do not have much time to feel sorry for themselves after the defeat against Juventus as a tough test against Paris Saint-Germain awaits in midweek.
After two draws against Newcastle and Borussia Dortmund, both goalless, the Rossoneri are looking for important points against Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League but it is arguably the toughest game of the group on paper.
As MilanNews reports, there remain several absences for Stefano Pioli including Marco Sportiello, Samuel Chukwueze, Ismael Bennacer and Ruben Loftus-Cheek, who is not expected to recover.
Mike Maignan and Theo Hernandez should return to the line-up in goal and at left-back, with the defence completed by Fikayo Tomori, Malick Thiaw – who will miss the match against Napoli due to suspension – and one of either Davide Calabria or Pierre Kalulu.
In the middle of the field there is a battle between Yacine Adli and Rade Krunic, with two out of Yunus Musah, Tommaso Pobega and Tijjani Rejinders as the mezzali.
The attacking trident of Christian Pulisic, Olivier Giroud and Rafael Leao will be used again in the French capital.
Probable Milan XI (4-3-3): Maignan; Kalulu, Thiaw, Tomori, Theo; Musah, Adli, Reijnders; Pulisic, Giroud, Leao.
Bench: Mirante; Kjaer, Florenzi, Calabria, Krunic, Pobega; Okafor, Jovic, Romero.
Battles: Calabria-Kalulu (40-60); Adli-Krunic (60-40).
Unavailable: Sportiello, Bennacer, Caldara, Chukwueze, Loftus-Cheek
Suspended: none

I pray this 4-3-3 will work out well for acmilan against PSG we need winning we have suffered
Not 1 single italian in that line up……pathetic, embaressing, shameful
Totally agree. I feel this team has lost its Italian identity. As an Italian I feel I could be support a non Italian team…
Well, deal with it, because there are no great Italian players around anymore.
No Italians in the line-up is actually a shame. We can’t say “all active Italian players are bad why bother signing any of them.” How stupid and ignorant is the thought “all active Italian players are bad?” Italian club with no Italians is a laughing stock.
I think they should ask Internazionale to swap names. Makes more sense.
Who said “all active Italian players are bad”? There are some good ones, just not on this team. And let’s be honest, Italy is not producing great players like they used to, which is why they missed the last 2 World Cups and are struggling to qualify for the Euros now.
Name one good Italian active player worth having…
Must win.
No Italians in the lineup is the least of my worries.
I like Kalulu starting over Calabria. We need some pace on that side.
Kalulu needs to beat Thiaw at CB. The way we press up high, pace> strength to us. If this happens, we have a really good shot to win most games, even this one.
You guys complain no Italians those few we have you always complaining they’re no good you people got get with the program too much negativety
🤣🤣
Assuming Calabria was in this probable lineup u will see many bash him and insult him.
The loss against Juventus should help both the players and Pioli prepare well for PSG. Little mistakes here, and there, have cost us in the big games. Our midfielders are also not scoring, or creating balls for Giroud. The coach also has to work on his tactics; it’s just too predictable.
No italians? Good, they suck
