MN: Bennacer and Okafor present at training – the latest on their recoveries

By Oliver Fisher -

Both Ismael Bennacer and Noah Okafor were present at today’s training session on the eve of the Borussia Dortmund game, but neither are expected to play.

As reported by MilanNews, Bennacer took part in the session with the rest of the squad and he has now done so for two weeks as his recovery gets very close to being complete. However, he cannot play tomorrow because he was not named in the UEFA squad list.

Mike Magian came out battered from the match against Fiorentina but he did the full training with his team-mates and thus will be available. Rafael Leao, Simon Kjaer and Noah Okafor did not take part in the pre-Dortmund session and who therefore will most likely miss tomorrow evening’s game.

Okafor played three games as a starter in 10 days for Switzerland and returned from the international break with a muscle injury which kept him out of the match against Fiorentina and will also keep him out of tomorrow’s game. He was at training today, but did individual work.
