There were talks on Monday between Napoli and the agent of AC Milan defender Ricardo Rodriguez over a move, it is claimed.
We reported on Friday via our mercato expert Vito Angele that Rodriguez has already reached an agreement with Milan in January.
The basis of that agreement is that the club will allow him to move on so as not to risk losing his place in the Switzerland national team for the upcoming European Championships next year.
The 27-year-old has even already sold his apartment in Milan ahead of his departure, but the Rossoneri are asking for a permanent deal at a starting price of €15m.
According to an update from MilanNews.it‘s Anto Vitiello, there were fresh talks between Napoli and Ricardo Rodriguez’s agent yesterdat.
The Partenopei – who have just hired Gennaro Gattuso as their new head coach – are interested in a loan with option to buy, but they face competition from Fenerbahce.
