MN: Full-back returns to training but duo train separately – the latest from Milanello

By Oliver Fisher -

Some good news has emerged from Milanello regarding the fitness of a full-back but two other players continue to train separately, a report claims.

Milan will be looking to continue their excellent start to the Serie A season – one which has seen them win 10 of their first 12 games in the league and remain undefeated in the process. However, a trip to the Stadio Artemtio Franchi is always a tough prospect especially given that new head coach Vincenzo Italiano has done a good job steering them to 18 points from their first 12 matches, so the more players fit the better.

According to what is being reported by MilanNews, the good news is that full-back Fode Ballo-Toure trained with the rest of the squad after he was sent home from Senegal’s camp early with many suspecting an injury.

Alessio Romagnoli and Samu Castillejo however continued to train alone as they have done since picking up their respective injuries, with the next couple of sessions crucial in determining if they will be available.
