MN: Hauge pushing to be included against Spezia – the amount Milan paid for his signing

By Oliver Fisher -

New signing Jens Petter Hauge is dreaming of making his AC Milan debut during Sunday’s game against Spezia, according to a report.

Milan have snapped up one of Norwegian football’s hottest properties in Hauge, signing him from Bodo/Glimt on a five-year deal. The 20-year-old joins after the Rossoneri management were left impressed by his performance when the two sides met in the Europa League on Thursday.

He signed a contract until 2025 on Wednesday after undergoing a medical, and according to MilanNews the winger had his first training session at Milanello on Thursday with the aim of being called up for Sunday’s match against Spezia.

The source also claims to have carried out further checks on the figures of the operation and have discovered that Milan have paid just €4m to sign a player that was linked with Manchester United and the two Red Bull clubs Salzburg and Leipzig. There are no added bonuses either, so just a flat €4m fee.
