Zlatan Ibrahimovic has been present at Milanello today as his recovery from knee surgery continues, according to a report.
According to what is being reported by MilanNews, Ibrahimovic was at the training complex today as the Swede is continuing his recovery process with an individual work program ahead of his return to action in 2023.
Ibrahimovic has been missing since the end of the 2021-22 season when he chose to undergo surgery on his knee, thus ruling him out until the beginning of next year. Many believed that could spell the end of his playing days, but he instead signed a new deal and has repeatedly stressed a determination to get back on the field.
The 41-year-old will no doubt have his mind on the Champions League last 16 tie against Spurs and perhaps the return league derby against Inter early in February, though of course nothing will be rushed given how serious his injury was.
