MN: Lazetic returns to training but not with the first team despite injury issues

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan striker Marko Lazetic is back in training having recovered from injury but he is not working with the first team despite the injury crisis.

Stefano Pioli is battling a crisis in his forward department as Olivier Giroud is the only fit centre-forward, and he is being asked to work overtime at the age of 35 because Divock Origi and Ante Rebic are nursing respective tendon and hernia problems that keeps them out.

According to what is being reported by MilanNews, Lazetic is back in training having overcome a problem of his own but he did not do the final session this morning with Pioli and the Rossoneri first team.

Instead, he trained at Milanello with Ignazio Abate’s Primavera in view of tomorrow’s UEFA Youth League match at 14:00 CEST against Dinamo Zagreb, which will be played at the ‘Puma House of Football’ or more commonly known still as the Vismara.
