MN: Milan confident of agreeing loan-with-option deal with Real Madrid for playmaker

By Oliver Fisher -

The Milan management are moving towards agreeing the renewal of Brahim Diaz’s loan for another season from Real Madrid, a report claims.

MilanNews writes how the transfer market is already in full swing as directors Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara continue to work hard to try and improve the squad ahead of next season, which will of course mark a return to the Champions League.

Milan are negotiating with Real Madrid to extend Brahim Diaz’s loan by one year but this time with the inclusion of an option to buy. The player for his part would like to stay after a positive season, in which he was the protagonist of the great victory at Juventus and enjoyed a big increase in playing time compared to what he has been used to at Manchester City and with Los Blancos.

Maldini and Carlo Ancelotti will have no problem reaching an agreement, and contacts with Real Madrid have begun with optimism on the part of the Rossoneri to close the operation.
