Milan to debut one of their new fourth kits against Napoli

By Euan Burns -

AC Milan are going to wear the black version of their new fourth shirt for the match against Napoli on Sunday evening, which will be its first outing since the unveiling.

As has been confirmed by the club, fans are going to get the first look at the black fourth shirt on the pitch at San Siro when Napoli come to town, with the game kicking off at 20:45 CET.

Purists will not be impressed with Milan wearing a fourth shirt for a home game against a team that wears a very different home colour to the Rossoneri.

Nonetheless, Milan want to show it off given there is not long of the season left in which to encourage fans to buy it. There is also a white version of the new shirt, which will be used against Monza next weekend.

Milan and global sports brand PUMA have collaborated with Los Angeles-based streetwear innovator Pleasures to make the new shirt.

Milan Women will be wearing one of the new kits when they take in Inter in the derby on February 17 in Serie A Femminile, so there will be even more exposure for the design that features the famous Duomo in the centre of Milan.

Seems I am one if those. It’s money over tradition everywhere nowadays.
