MN: Milan submit €35m offer for Tonali as Inter slip away – Cellino stands firm on one demand

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan are pushing strongly for Sandro Tonali and the negotiations with Brescia are already well underway, a report claims.

Rumours had been ongoing that Milan could make a move for Tonali, but they went quiet once it appeared that rivals Inter were closing in on sealing a deal for the 20-year-old Italy international.

However, speculation has exploded with Inter having stalled, and now all major outlets are in agreement that the Rossoneri are pushing hard to try and win the race for Tonali.

According to MilanNews, Milan have made an offer. The Rossoneri’s proposal is based on a paid loan (€10m) with an option to buy set at €25m.

The Milan strategy is to insert a high loan cost in order to ensure Brescia a certain amount of money, while their president Massimo Cellino is pushing for it to be an obligation to buy, but the situation is constantly evolving and therefore important news on this deal could soon arrive.

Tonali, who has already given his ok to regarding a move to Milan, continues to be in the crosshairs of Inter too, but they are slowly slipping away.
