AC Milan are set to work on a number of other objectives after completing some incoming operations, a journalist has claimed.
Milan are the only Italian club to sink so much money into the summer mercato already, having signed goalkeeper Mike Maignan from Lille to replace Gianluigi Donnarumma, with Fikayo Tomori and Sandro Tonali signed on permanent deal and numerous sources suggesting Brahim Diaz is close to rejoining.
According to Anto Vitiello of MilanNews, Milan’s work in the market is far from over though, as Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara plan to sign six more players. The roles targeted include a playmaker, winger, young striker, two full-backs and another midfielder.
In addition to that, the club will also work on some sales to bring money into the accounts and help to fund some signings. Busy weeks ahead for Maldini and Massara as they look to get the squad ready ahead of an important season.
