Reports: Agent of Milan defender meets the management – his renewal is imminent

AC Milan are not far away from being able to announce another done deal, this time the renewal of defender Davide Calabria.

Heading into preseason it seemed a formality that Milan would sell the Primavera graduate after a disappointing 2019-20 campaign that was hampered by injuries, suspensions and general poor form. Calabria’s resurgence as a Milan player after a difficult time of things are a perfect reflection for the team in general, as pretty much every member of the squad has raised their level of performance and the plans of Stefano Pioli are now bearing fruit.

According to Calciomercato.com, Calabria’s agents arrived at Casa Milan earlier today, and the Rossoneri full-back’s representatives will define the final details for the renewal of his contract. He will extend the current deadline from 2022 until 2025.

MilanNews are also reporting that the agreement reached for the Rossoneri full-back will soon be ratified, who will then be linked to Milan until 2025.
