AC Milan will face off against Cremonese at San Siro on Wednesday night with three points a necessity in the race for the top four.
According to MilanNews, Mike Maignan will keep his place in the rearguard as will Davide Calabria and Theo Hernandez, but there should be a double change at centre-back with Pierre Kalulu and Malick Thiaw coming in.

In the midfield there should be an opportunity for Aster Vranckx alongside one of either Sandro Tonali or Rade Krunic, with the triangle then being completed by Ismael Bennacer in the most attacking role.
Brahim Diaz should get a rest, with the Spaniard replaced by Alexis Saelemaekers. Rafael Leao is expected to start on the left wing and of either Ante Rebic or Divock Origi should be up front.
Probable Milan XI (4-2-3-1): Maignan; Calabria, Thiaw, Kalulu, Theo; Vranckx, Tonali; Saelemaekers, Bennacer, Leao; Origi.
Suspended: Tomori.
Out: Ibrahimovic, Pobega.
Warning: Kjaer, Kalulu, Thiaw, Rebic, Pobega.

If we get this wrong then we’re done. Line-up seems strong enough if Rebic starts instead of that waste of space Origi. Then if we score a couple maybe we can rest some stars.
