MN: Milan’s probable XI to face Genoa – just one dilemma for Pioli to resolve

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan are back in Serie A action on Sunday when they face Genoa at San Siro in a 12:30pm kick-off, and some team news has emerged.

As MilanNews writes, Stefano Pioli will have to do without the suspended Zlatan Ibrahimovic for the game against the Grifone, and Rafael Leao should take his place in the centre-forward position.

The three attacking midfielders behind him will be Alexis Saelemaekers, Hakan Calhanoglu and Ante Rebic, while in the middle of the field space there will be space for Franck Kessie and Ismael Bennacer.

In defence, Fikayo Tomori and Simon Kjaer will be the centre-back pairing in front of the keeper Gianluigi Donnarumma with Theo Hernandez as the left-back, while on the right Diogo Dalot and Pierre Kalulu are in a battle for a spot in the starting line-up.

Probable Milan XI (4-2-3-1): Donnarumma; Dalot, Kjaer, Tomori, Hernandez; Kessie, Bennacer; Saelemaekers, Calhanoglu, Rebic; Leao.
