MN: Milan’s scouts continue to pay close attention to Marseille star and he keeps impressing

AC Milan are continuing to scout Florian Thauvin as he continues to impress for Marseille, according to a report.

Thauvin got a goal and an assist in Marseille’s 2-1 win over Monaco yesterday, taking his total for the season to 5 goals and 6 assists in 12 Ligue 1 games.

According to the latest from MilanNews, the player remains a very valid option for Milan, with technical director Paolo Maldini and sporting director Ricky Massara having admitted to following the France international with great interest.

The report goes on to had add that in recent months Thauvin is one of the players that the management and the scouting department have kept a very close eye on.

Calciomercato.com reported earlier today that have tabled a four-year contract worth €3m net per season. Milan’s idea is to bring him in for next season as they don’t want to upset the balance that the current wingers have.
