It will be a slightly condensed summer schedule in terms of preparation for the new season but details have emerged on the plans for the preseason.
According to MilanNews, the plan is for the squad to reconvene at Milanello on July 4 to begin training and they will be there until July 22, with a friendly match expected to take place on the fields of the training centre.
Then, from 23 July to 27 July the team will jet off to Villach in Austria to continue preparations for the new season, with two friendlies scheduled while the team are out there. The Rossoneri squad will then return to Milanello where another friendly is expected to take place either at the end of July or the beginning of August.
A final friendly is possible the week before the start of the season, but there is no certainty because the season starts on August 6 to accommodate the break for the winter World Cup in Qatar.
