MN: Tomori and his pact with AC Milan – contract renewal is imminent

By Isak Möller -

Fikayo Tomori has been one of AC Milan’s best players since he joined from Chelsea on an initial loan deal back in January 2021. And the Rossoneri are ready to reward him with a new contract, which will include a pay rise.

The Englishman is considered to be one of the best defenders in the league and he showed this especially at the end of last season, with 9 clean sheets in the last 11 games and two goals conceded. His importance, therefore, is indeed undeniable.

As reported by MilanNews, Tomori has ‘a pact’ with Milan in the sense that he has already agreed to a renewal. The Rossoneri are yet to put an official offer forward but just like Theo Hernandez, the defender is not too concerned with the figures, trusting Milan’s judgement.

Hernandez, as we know, didn’t think twice about the renewal and signed a deal until 2026 worth €4m per year. The latest indications from Casa Milan, as per the report, is that Tomori will be offered €3.5-4m per year. Only the signature is missing and the centre-back has already assured Milan that he will provide it.
