AC Milan have made a first verbal offer for Samuel Chukwueze but it seems as though Villarreal are asking for quite a bit more, a report claims.
According to the latest from Matteo Moretto of Relevo, there are open conversations between the Milan management and their Villarreal counterparts about a potential deal for the 24-year-old winger.

A first verbal bid was made by Milan which was around the €25m mark including bonuses. However, it doesn’t seem to be close to enough as the LaLiga side want ‘almost €35m’ to sell Chukwueze.
The player is open to the potential of joining the Rossoneri as per the journalist, while his contract expires in 2024 and thus this is the last summer for Villarreal to cash in.
Last season, Chukwueze amassed six goals and five assists in 37 games for, which was his best season in terms of attacking output since joining the Yellow Submarine.
